Conditions & Cancellation Policy: If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot be photographed a rescheduling fee of $ 15 will be added to total tour cost to come back out. Payment will be due at the time of tour completion. Spins will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain tour - see rep for details. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If the realtor or homeowner are not satisfied with any part of the tour a re-shoot can be scheduled at no cost.
